Global Director of Advisory Services
With over 15 years' experience in trend consulting, research, design, brand strategy and journalism, Antonia directs Stylus' advisory services, applying company insight and expertise to clients' challenges, including Mattel, Volkswagen and Ferrero. Former editor of design magazines FX and New Design, and managing editor at The Design Council, Antonia has given keynotes at conferences, run seminars and workshops and chaired judging panels internationally. Antonia has an MA from the University of Liverpool and a PhD from the University of York.
Head Of Advisory, US
As head of US Advisory at Stylus, Shannon works with global brands and creative agencies to identify future market trends and cultural shifts likely to impact their businesses. Her clients include Procter & Gamble, Macy's and Marriott.
Shannon's ability to translate learnings cross-industry comes from her experience across different sectors including food, fashion and marketing. Her background in design, insight and trends means she has an exceptional eye for 'the next big thing', and for finding viable solutions to clients' challenges.
Head of Advisory - Fashion, Beauty & APAC
Saisangeeth has experience translating future trends and applying them as business solutions in marketing, retail, product and design strategies. She has worked across fashion, luxury and branding in the US, Asia and Australia. Previously, Saisangeeth was a trend director at Stylesight and WGSN, working with leading international brands to inspire and inform their creative endeavours through seasonal and trend forecasts. Current and recent clients include Chanel, Disney, Gap and Unilever. Born in Hong Kong, she speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and French.
Advisory Head of Color, Material and Design Strategy
Claire leads global CMF, product and branding Advisory projects. She has 10+ years' experience in design, product and brand consultancy and forecasting, and a clear sense of commercial impact. Starting at creative agency The Nest, Claire worked as a stylist at Elle Decoration before forecast and editorial roles at WGSN and Stylus. Most recently she directed home concept at Urban Outfitters before re-joining Stylus. She is the author of three design books, and regularly contributes to design titles.
US Advisory Strategist
Amber Davis has almost a decade of experience in strategy, trend analysis and innovation consulting, working for companies including Fahrenheit 212 and CEB Iconoculture, and in categories ranging from technology and design to food and beverage. She has a BA in Art History from Columbia University and an MA in Media, Culture and Communication from New York University.
Claire is an integral part of the Advisory team at Stylus, with a particular focus on design direction and development. With more than eight years' experience in product design and strategy, she brings design, colour and materials expertise to client projects. Claire has worked in product design for leading global companies including Samsung and LG. She has a Master's in Design Innovation and Strategy from Brunel University, and a talent for seeking out new and strategic ways to solve problems.
